Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gassimatt Low (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnson McDiggler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McDiggler has chosen Eye of the Tiger as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Johnson McDiggler has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gassimatt Low!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Johnson McDiggler!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Donatello Bradman and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDiggler misses with a takedown
and Low counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Low.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Low throws a strike but McDiggler rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McDiggler trying to control but Low is working from the bottom.
McDiggler postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
McDiggler drops back looking for a leg! Low is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Low manages to kick McDiggler off! McDiggler jumps back into Low's guard.
McDiggler throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Low keeping moving, preventing McDiggler from controlling successfully.
McDiggler is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McDiggler loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Low on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Low tries to get out of the position.
McDiggler has gone for a leg lock! Low slips out almost immediately though and dives into McDiggler's guard.
Low working some strikes from top position.
McDiggler has control of Low's left arm, preventing Low from doing any damage.
Low wants to control from the top but McDiggler keeps moving.
Low tries to free his leg and advance position but McDiggler is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Low trying to stand up but can't free himself from McDiggler's guard.
McDiggler is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Low wants to stand and escape but instead McDiggler has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
McDiggler stands up from Low's guard - McDiggler perhaps looking for a knockout.
Low catches McDiggler with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Low drops McDiggler with a beautiful combination! McDiggler stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Low is looking for the KO!
McDiggler is rocked!
McDiggler tries for a takedown but Low circles away easily
and Low makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
McDiggler is still on wobbly legs! Can Low finish him?
McDiggler looks gassed!
Low dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Low lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks McDiggler out cold! McDiggler is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Gassimatt Low!
