Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wandeco Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Homero Lacerda!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lacerda fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silva avoids it really well and circles away.
Lacerda darts in and clinches Silva up against the cage.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Silva as Lacerda tries to tie him up.
Silva breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lacerda moves into the clinch.
Silva misses with a knee to the head.
Silva is trying to force a seperation but Lacerda has the dominant position.
Lacerda looking for a takedown.
Silva is looking to break free of the clinch but Lacerda has double underhooks.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Lacerda goes for a takedown in the clinch but Silva prevents it.
Wandeco Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Homero Lacerda.
Silva has Lacerda pressed against the cage, preventing Lacerda from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Lacerda has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Silva avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Silva keeps control of Lacerda as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Silva creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Lacerda pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Silva is looking to score with low kicks.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Lacerda misses with a takedown attempt - Silva sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Silva swings for the body but Lacerda moves out of range.
Silva throws a nice looking combination but Lacerda bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Lacerda moves forwards but Silva connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Lacerda is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Silva.
Silva keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Lacerda misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Silva takes one on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lacerda wants to clinch.
Silva gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Silva might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Silva wants to sweep here but Lacerda controlling him for the moment.

Lacerda controls from within his opponent's guard.
Lacerda wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Homero Lacerda wasn't active enough on the ground.
Lacerda tries to close the distance and clinch but Silva swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lacerda tries a head kick but it misses.
Silva stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Silva moves away from the strike by Lacerda.
Silva lands with an uppercut that bounces Lacerda off the cage and back into range.
Silva throws a body punch but Lacerda moves out of range.
Lacerda throws a looping overhand right but Silva ducks down to avoid it.
A clash of legs there as Silva blocks the low kick.
Wandeco Silva is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lacerda looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Silva is fending him off so far but Lacerda persists. Nope, Silva circles away and we're back to standing.
Silva uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lacerda.
A big left from Silva misses.
Lacerda shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Silva as he jumps to the side.
Crunch! Lacerda slams his shin into Silva's torso.
Lacerda misses with a leg kick
and Silva counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Lacerda looks gassed!
Silva scores with a shot to the body.
Some wild striking there from Silva.
Lacerda tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Silva misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lacerda.
Silva connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Silva lands with a shot to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lacerda tries to score with a low kick but Silva moves his leg out of the way.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Silva, as that shot connected.
Lacerda on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Silva looks to land a combination but Lacerda avoids it well.
Lacerda connects with a looping right hand.
Silva tries to bum rush Lacerda with a series of wild strikes but Lacerda uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lacerda gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Silva swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Lacerda misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lacerda looks for a takedown but Silva sprawls well.
Lacerda fails with a takedown attempt.
Silva thows a left - swing and a miss!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Lacerda moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Lacerda looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wandeco Silva dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lacerda paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Silva throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lacerda.
Silva cracks Lacerda with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Lacerda is rocked!
Silva cracks Lacerda with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Wandeco Silva!
After the fight, Wandeco Silva was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
