Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksandr Progbeniak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seigo Okazawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Okazawa has chosen Monster as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Aleksandr Progbeniak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Seigo Okazawa! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Paulo Santos and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Progbeniak shoots in for a takedown but Okazawa shows good takedown defense. Progbeniak stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Progbeniak wants it to stay on the feet. The fighters circle momentarily. Progbeniak darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
It looks like Seigo Okazawa has been cut. Progbeniak dives in and scores a takedown into Okazawa's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. This has been an exciting period of action! Progbeniak is looking to stand up but Okazawa won't let him. Progbeniak wants to control from the top but Okazawa keeps moving. Progbeniak stands up and waves to Okazawa to follow him. Okazawa ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Okazawa misses with a hook. Progbeniak ducked under it nicely. Okazawa shoots in and drives through. Progbeniak sprawls well. Okazawa throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Progbeniak. Progbeniak closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Okazawa did well to prevent Progbeniak getting side control. Progbeniak is looking to stall here but Okazawa recovers full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Progbeniak stands up from guard. Let's bang! The fighters circling - Okazawa throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Progbeniak gets the takedown into side control. Progbeniak tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Okazawa is not content to let Progbeniak control the position. Progbeniak working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Progbeniak is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Okazawa knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Progbeniak working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Progbeniak tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Okazawa is not content to let Progbeniak control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Progbeniak is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Okazawa is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Progbeniak working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Progbeniak wants to control but Okazawa is keeping him busy. Progbeniak is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Okazawa knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Okazawa tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Progbeniak wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Progbeniak looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Progbeniak tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Progbeniak has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Progbeniak trying to control the action but Okazawa is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Okazawa misses with a wild body shot. Progbeniak misses with a takedown and Okazawa counters with a nice uppercut. Progbeniak stuffs the takedown. Progbeniak gets a double leg takedown into Okazawa's guard. Progbeniakis looking to pass into half guard but Okazawa pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Okazawa is in guard. Okazawa trying to control but Progbeniak is working from the bottom. Progbeniak looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's one minute gone in the round. Okazawa looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Progbeniak working for a triangle but Okazawa defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Okazawa trying to control the position from guard on top but Progbeniak is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Seigo Okazawa was stalling too much, according to the referee. Okazawa lands a nice shot to the body.

Okazawa can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Progbeniak controls the pace. Progbeniak trying to control but Okazawa is working from the bottom. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Aleksandr Progbeniak has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Progbeniak feints and as Okazawa raises his hands in defense, Progbeniak changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Progbeniak looking to pass the guard. Okazawa working for a triangle but Progbeniak defends it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Progbeniak trying to stand up but can't free himself from Okazawa's guard. Okazawa not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Okazawa is looking to sweep but instead, Progbeniak has passed into half guard.
Progbeniak is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Progbeniak is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Progbeniak gets the takedown into side control. Progbeniak wants to control but Okazawa is keeping him busy. Progbeniak swings around for an armbar but Okazawa sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Progbeniak's guard. Progbeniak looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Okazawa pushes down on Progbeniak's leg and manages to get into half guard. Progbeniak is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Okazawa pulls his head out easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Progbeniak is looking to escape. Okazawa trying to mount his opponent but Progbeniak defends it. Progbeniak is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Okazawa jumps into side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Progbeniak explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Progbeniak closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Okazawa quickly recovers to half guard. Okazawa wants to improve his position but Progbeniak is controlling well.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Progbeniak throws a strike but Okazawa avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Aleksandr Progbeniak overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Progbeniak trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Progbeniak postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Okazawa is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Progbeniak, into his guard. Okazawa gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Seigo Okazawa has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Progbeniak changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Okazawa tries to avoid it but Progbeniak manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Okazawa to the ground. Okazawa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Progbeniak scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Okazawa manages to get to full guard.
Progbeniak is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Okazawa is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Okazawa has escaped and now he's on top! Both fighters are breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Okazawa looking to sit in guard and control but Progbeniak gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
And that's the end of the fight! Aleksandr Progbeniak showed his dominance in that final round. Well Progbeniak has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
