Paulista is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Champagne Supernova. Junior Paulista is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paulista blocks a low kick nicely.
Morgan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Morgan on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Paulista. Paulista obviously looking to wear him down.
Paulista moves to clinch but Morgan breaks away
and Morgan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Paulista looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Morgan!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Morgan wants to hold on but Paulista pushes him away.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Paulista accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Paulista got a little sloppy there for a moment and Morgan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Paulista has managed to get both his arms back between Morgan's legs - danger averted.

Morgan wants to stand and escape but Paulista is having none of it.

Paulista postures up in Morgan's guard and throws a big left but Morgan blocks it.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Morgan bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Paulista's guard.
Paulista isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Morgan stacks Paulista on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Morgan!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Dexter Morgan just wasn't active enough.

Paulista throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Morgan has closed the distance and engaged Paulista in a clinch.

Paulista escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Some bone on bone action there as Paulista checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Paulista chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Morgan can pounce on him.
Paulista throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Morgan is looking to clinch.
Morgan scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Morgan scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Paulista walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Morgan checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Paulista ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Morgan moves away.
Paulista lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Morgan circles away quickly and effectively.
Paulista tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Morgan paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Paulista misses with a series of wild punches.
Morgan thows a body kick. Paulista tries to catch it but that hurt him.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A combination from Morgan does no damage.
Paulista dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Sloppy strikes from Paulista. Those never looked like landing.
Paulista fails to land with a series of punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Paulista shoots in for a double leg but Morgan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Morgan lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Paulista backs up against the cage.

Morgan throws a quick head kick that knocks Paulista silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Morgan is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
