The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams throws a right hand that misses
and Mae counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Mae cracks Adams with a right hand to the side of the head.
Mae uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Adams.
Adams takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Mae lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Warren Adams has been cut.

Mae throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Adams was covering up waiting for the punch and Mae finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Adams has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mae can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
