Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kublai Congo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Genghis Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Congo comes to the cage accompanied by Genetic For Terror. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kublai Congo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 9 - 1, fighting out of New York, Genghis Khan! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Jonathan Paton and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khan looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Congo! Khan goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Congo turns into him and now he's in Khan's guard.
Congo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Khan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Congo has managed to get both his arms back between Khan's legs - danger averted. Congo is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Khan is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Congo wants to control from the top but Khan keeps moving. Congo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Congo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Khan throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Congo advances position into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Congo working the head with strikes. Khan is looking to reverse the position. Congo is staying tight to Khan's torso, preventing him from escaping. Khan tries to improve position but can't. Congo stands up. Congo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Khan, pushing him back against the cage. Congo keeps control of Khan as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Congo softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Congo leaning his opponent against the cage. Congo lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Congo gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Congo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Khan working for submissions but it's allowed Congo to get to half guard.

Congo wants to pass to mount but Khan is defending the position. Congo takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Congo slips a nice elbow through Khan's hands, connecting with Khan's forehead. Congo is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Congo prevents Khan from improving his position. Congo scoring with strikes to the body and head. Congo maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Khan could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Congo has cracked it and Khan is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Congo!
