Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Richard Muller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sparkle Magic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Richard Muller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magic closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Magic has Muller pushed against the cage.
Muller wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Magic keeps control of Muller as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Magic lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Muller wants to get back to striking at distance but Magic won't allow it.
Knees to the body from Magic.
Magic is leaning against Muller and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Magic escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A solid leg kick lands there for Magic.
Muller fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Magic.

Magic lands a head kick. Muller smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Muller has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Magic avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Magic unloads a knee to the mid-section. Muller lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Magic continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

Muller breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Magic counters with a nice low kick that buckles Muller's knee momentarily.

Magic moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Magic throws a lazy right hand but Muller sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Muller is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Muller thuds his shin into the meat of Magic's side.
Muller lunges at Magic with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Magic's hand.
Magic moves into the clinch.

Muller wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
A short body shot lands from Magic as the two fighters clinch.

Magic is leaning against Muller and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Muller tries to break the clinch but Magic is controlling the position.
Magic is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Magic connects with a nasty looking knee right to Muller's face.
Muller wants to get back to striking at distance but Magic won't allow it.
Muller wants to break the clinch but can't.
Magic stalls.
Magic lands a body shot in the clinch.
Magic is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Magic lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Muller wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Muller wants a takedown but no success here.
Magic turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Magic manages to end up in side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Muller is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Magic off and has taken his back!
Muller misses with punches from the back.
Magic turns into Muller and is now in his guard.
Magic is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Muller has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Muller can't keep his opponent in guard - Magic advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Muller counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Magic lands a brutal head kick. Muller looks out on his feet and Magic throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
