Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Brennan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aon Fillman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Aon Fillman was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mark Brennan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Aon Fillman! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fillman cracks Brennan with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Brennan looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Brennan darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Fillman regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Brennan. Brennan prevents Fillman from getting back to his feet. Fillman can't keep his opponent in guard - Brennan advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Brennan looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Fillman tries to kick Brennan off but Brennan keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fillman is trying to get back to full guard. Fillman kicks off Brennan and gets to his feet. Brennan looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Excellent takedown into side control there by Brennan. Fillman manages to get back to half guard. Fillman keeping hold of Brennan's head, controlling as best he can. Brennan moves into full mount! Fillman won't be happy about that! Brennan is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Fillman has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Fillman! Fillman wanted to stand there but Brennan had control of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fillman is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Brennan controls Fillman momentarily but Fillman frees himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fillman chips away with some ground and pound. Brennan wants to improve his position but instead Fillman has moved into half guard.
Brennan is breathing heavily. Fillman lands with a punch from half guard. Brennan tries to roll over but Fillman keeps him under control. Fillman wants to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fillman wants to take a breather but Brennan is having none of it. Fillman wants to stand up but Brennan is controlling the position.
Brennan with the active half guard here but Fillman passes nicely into side control. Brennan is not content to let Fillman control the position. Fillman decides to stand up, so the ref orders Brennan to his feet. Brennan tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Fillman lands a slapping body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fillman moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Brennan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fillman swivels and escapes. Fillman listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Brennan shoots in but Fillman avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Brennan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Brennan fails with the takedown. Fillman lands with an overhand left. Fillman tries to clinch there but Brennan circles away.
Brennan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Jab by Fillman. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fillman. Fillman keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fillman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Brennan.
Brennan walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Brennan looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Fillman! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fillman's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aon Fillman dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Brennan gets the takedown into side control. Brennan is looking to take a break and control but Fillman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Brennan tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Brennan has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Fillman taking punishment in the form of punches.
Fillman is trying to get back to half guard. Fillman is not content to let Brennan control the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Brennan looking to control but instead Fillman has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fillman looks like he's trying to stand up.
Brennan is looking to stall here but Fillman recovers full guard. Fillman not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Brennan showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Fillman is looking to stand up but Brennan isn't so interested in that idea. Fillman looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Brennan prevents Fillman from getting back to his feet.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Fillman cracks Brennan with a right hand to the side of the head. Fillman throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Fillman fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Brennan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Brennan takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Fillman lands a with a good body shot. Fillman scoring well with a low kick there.
Aon Fillman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brennan closes the distance and clinches up with Fillman, looking for a takedown. Brennan pushes Fillman against the cage but Fillman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Fillman shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Brennan counters with a shoot takedown. Fillman fights it but they end up in guard. Brennan wants to control from the top but Fillman keeps moving. Brennan works a leg free and moves into half guard. Fillman is trying to get back to full guard. Fillman is not content to let Brennan control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fillman wants to control but Brennan is keeping busy and won't allow it. Fillman tries to get to full guard but Brennan has control of the leg. Fillman trying to control here.
Brennan is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Fillman scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Fillman drops Brennan with a left right combo! Fillman follows him down to the ground into side control.
Brennan is rocked! Fillman scores with punches from side control. Oh Brennan is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Fillman has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Fillman lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Brennan is looking to close the distance but Fillman sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Brennan crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Brennan is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
