Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Flavor Emelianenko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brodski misses with a takedown attempt - Emelianenko sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Brodski changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Emelianenko tries to avoid it but Brodski manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Emelianenko to the ground. Emelianenko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Isak Brodski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brodski shoots in and drives through. Emelianenko sprawls well.
Flavor Emelianenko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Isak Brodski.
Brodski throws a hook but Emelianenko avoids it easily.
Brodski closes the distance and clinches up with Emelianenko, looking for a takedown. Brodski pushes Emelianenko against the cage but Emelianenko circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Brodski shoots in but Emelianenko avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Emelianenko shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Emelianenko working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Emelianenko winds up and cracks Brodski with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Emelianenko could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Brodski is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Emelianenko scores with a couple of nice shots.

Emelianenko is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Brodski defends it well.
