Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zack Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gomez has chosen PAIN as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Brown misses.
Brown throws a right hand that Gomez ducks under and follows up with a left that Gomez also avoids with ease.

and Gomez counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Brown's guard now.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Brown has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Brown got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gomez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Brown has managed to get both his arms back between Gomez's legs - danger averted.

Brown is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Gomez can't fight it off and eventually Brown manages to take the fight to the floor. Gomez looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
