Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sebastian Chira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rony Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Rony Sanchez enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chira takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Sanchez throws a left that rocks Chira and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Sanchez dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Chira regain composure!
Chira is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Chira wants to control but Sanchez postures up. Oh Chira is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Sanchez tries to advance to mount but can't. Sanchez controlling the position from side mount. Sanchez decides to stand back up. Sanchez steps back and let's Chira get back to his feet. Chira seems to have got his legs back now. Sanchez decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Sanchez missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Sanchez slows the pace down in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. It looks like Sanchez might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Rony Sanchez has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Sanchez moves into range and clinches up with Chira. Sanchez has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Chira uses from the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sanchez keeping moving, preventing Chira from controlling successfully. Sanchez is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Sanchez looking for a sweep. Not yet Sanchez, not yet. Chira wants to control from the top but Sanchez keeps moving. Sanchez is controlling Chira's posture.
Sebastian Chira has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Sanchez shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanchez throwing shots but Chira is blocking nicely. Sanchez is pressing down on Chira's thigh, looking to free his foot. Chira is holding on for now. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Sanchez wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chira keeps working. Sanchez is putting a hurting on Chira here, landing some big shots from side control. Sanchez trying to control the position but Chira is working away. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! You can see the frustration on Chira's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sanchez looking to pass the guard. Sanchez is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Sanchez shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Chira manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Sanchez being controlled here momentarily. Sanchez has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Chira keeping moving, preventing Sanchez from controlling successfully. Chira is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sanchez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chira swivels though and keeps the full guard. Sanchez wanted to stand there but Chira had control of the position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Sanchez is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Rony Sanchez hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Sanchez throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Sanchez has closed the distance and engaged Chira in a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanchez has clasped his hands together around Chira's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Chira prevents Sanchez from improving position. Sanchez trying to control the position but Chira is working away. You can see the frustration on Chira's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Sanchez tries to move to full mount but Chira actually manages to regain half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chira wants to control but Sanchez is keeping busy and won't allow it. Chira is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Sanchez is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Sanchez is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Chira doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sanchez. Chira is looking to control Sanchez's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Chira avoid being mounted? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rony Sanchez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Chira gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sanchez to score an easy takedown into full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sanchez is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
And that's the end of the fight! Rony Sanchez comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sanchez has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
