Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Wayne connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Wayne comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with Wayne, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes Wayne against the cage but Wayne circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Wayne lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Wayne connects with a right hand. Gracie shakes it off.
Wayne cracks a nice hook into Gracie's ribs.

Gracie is trying desperately to land a takedown but Wayne is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Gracie.

Gracie bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gracie has hold of Wayne's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Wayne seems comfortable defending it but Gracie has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Wayne is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Wayne is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Gracie couldn't care less - he's delighted!

In his post fight interview, Muhhamad Gracie started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
