Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cole Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cole Steel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank White! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Russell Pearce and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steel throws a series of punches but White moves out of range. Steel takes a body punch but keeps moving. Steel scores with a nice body kick.
Steel throws a quick inside leg kick. White misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Steel.
A leg kick checked by Steel. White looks for the body kick but Steel saw that one coming. Steel throws a lazy right hand but White sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Steel on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Steel doesn't manage to clinch there - White circles away.
Frank White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. White blocks a head kick by Steel.
Good leg kick by Steel there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
This has been an exciting period of action! White digs a good body shot into Steel's ribs. Steel slips a jab and a cross from White.

White thuds a left hand into Steel's body. Cole Steel is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Steel is breathing heavily.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Steel blocks a leg kick. White takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. White shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. White is taking a breather. Steel says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Frank White has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. White misses with a hook. White scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. White just misses with a punch to the body.
White motions for Steel to come forward. White throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Steel fails with an attempt to clinch.
White throws a solid leg kick but Steel takes the impact on his shin and smiles at White. Steel checks a leg kick. White misses with a wild body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Steel can pounce on him.

White is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Steel rather than just go for the knockout. Steel throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Steel with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

White thows a body shot but no joy. White comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. White lunges at Steel with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Steel's hand. This has been an exciting period of action! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Steel checks a leg kick. A low kick from White is predictable there and Steel makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Steel thows a body kick. White tries to catch it but that hurt him. White throws a series of punches but Steel moves out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Good anti-grappling being displayed by White as Steel tries to tie him up. White wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Steel looking to slow down the pace here. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Steel has had enough of the clinch but White keeps him there for the moment. Steel unloads a knee to the mid-section. Steel looking to slow down the pace here. Stalling in the clinch from White.

Steel is trying to maintain a safe position but White gets an underhook and turns Steel into the cage. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Cole Steel. White has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Steel. White throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White throws a leg kick and Steel counters with a flying knee. Nice. An inside leg kick lands from Steel. White does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. White swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. White throws a solid leg kick but Steel takes the impact on his shin and smiles at White. White will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
White misses with a low kick as Steel jumps back. Steel looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. White's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. White throws a leg kick but Steel checks it. Steel misses with a low kick. Steel on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Steel connects with a solid leg kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Steel throws a front kick that sends White stumbling back into the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White throws a leg kick that is checked and Steel finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. White misses with a body shot.
Steel tries to clinch but White is having none of it. White feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Steels jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Steel tries to close the distance and clinch up but White swats him away and circles back towards the center. White fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. White misses with a leg kick. A head kick misses from White. White takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. White throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Steel. White takes a swing at Steel's ribcage but misses. Steel lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. White scores with a hook to the body. Steel takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cole Steel dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

White throws a low kick, looking for Steel's leg but Steel calmly moves out of range. White takes a swing at Steel's ribcage but misses. Steel needs to keep his hands up - White had a free shot at his head there. Steel has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Steel there as he acknowledges the shot. White thows a body shot but no joy. Steel is looking to score with low kicks. Cole Steel is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Steel blocks the body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steel misses with a body kick. Both fighters are breathing heavily. White connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. A head kick misses from Steel. White scores with a nice right hand.

White throws a chopping leg kick but Steel manages to avoid taking any serious damage. A clash of legs there as Steel blocks the low kick. White looks to score with a jab to the body but Steel is just out of range. An inside leg kick lands from Steel. Steel fails with an attempt to clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! White connects with a crisp jab. White swinging wildly here.
Steel throws a nice inside leg kick. White throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Steel fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt White. White throws a leg kick but Steel sees it coming and checks it nicely. White wants to slow Steel down by chopping away at his legs. White on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Steel lets loose with a powerful body kick. White will feel that in the morning. A low kick from White is predictable there and Steel counters with an inside leg kick. Steel is looking to chop away at White's legs. Steel connects with a nice looking jab.

Steel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by White.

and White counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Steel lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. White connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Steel momentarily.
Steel throws a head kick but White moves out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! White ducks down and throws a hook to the body. White listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Steel throws a nice inside leg kick. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. White lands a body shot.
Steel takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Steel tries to land a front kick but White steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Steel moves out of range of the leg kick from White.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Frank White. I think White has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
