Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Niklas Johansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Fury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fury has chosen Ready to fight as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johansson gets a takedown into half guard.
Johansson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Johansson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Johansson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Fury is just riding it out for now. Johansson eventually gives up the hold.
Fury moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Johansson stops Fury from standing up.

Fury working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Johansson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Johansson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Johansson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Fury, who protects the arm well.
Johansson swings around for an armbar but Fury sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Johansson's guard.

Fury wants to stand but Johansson is controlling his posture from full guard.
Fury gets to his feet - Johansson follows without any prompting.

Fury lands with an uppercut that bounces Johansson off the cage and back into rage.
Johansson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Johansson closes the distance and clinches up with Fury, looking for a takedown. Johansson pushes Fury against the cage but Fury circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fury gets caught flat footed, as Johansson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Johansson looking to sit in guard and control but Fury gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Fury has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Johansson is proving hard to escape from.
Fury gets to his feet. Johansson looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

and Fury counters with a stiff right hand.
Johansson slips a jab and a cross from Fury.
Johansson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Johansson wants to control for a moment but Fury uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
Fury is thwarting Johansson's attempts to control the position.
Fury is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Johansson tries to roll over but Fury keeps him under control.
Johansson is looking to control Fury's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Johansson avoid being mounted?

Fury is working for a kimura but Johansson is defending it quite comfortably.

Johansson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Fury is working away from the top position though.

Fury rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Johansson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Fury rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Johansson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Johansson is looking to take a break and control but Fury is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Fury on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Fury moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fury wants to get back to his feet but Johansson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Johansson is working Fury over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Johansson drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Fury dives on top into guard.
