Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jose Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob MacGregor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rob MacGregor!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacGregor misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Aldo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but MacGregor manages to avoid it.
Aldo throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Aldo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but MacGregor moves away.
Aldo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Aldo wants it to stay on the feet.
Aldo fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
No luck for MacGregor with that takedown attempt.
Jose Aldo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rob MacGregor.
MacGregor closes this distance looking for a takedown but Aldo circles away.
MacGregor throws a lazy right hand but Aldo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
MacGregor walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Aldo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
MacGregor shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Aldo as he jumps to the side.
Aldo uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Aldo fails to land with a series of punches.
MacGregor closes this distance looking for a takedown but Aldo circles away.

Aldo lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

It looks like Rob MacGregor has been cut.
MacGregor throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Aldo.
Aldo fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
MacGregor doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Aldo counters with a nice uppercut.

MacGregor is rocked!

Aldo cracks MacGregor with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Aldo has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning MacGregor to stand back up!
MacGregor is still on wobbly legs! Can Aldo finish him?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
MacGregor walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Aldo swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
