The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartman with a nice cross.
Cartman stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Diotte.
Andrew Diotte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cartman. Diotte does a little dance to reset his feet.
Diotte lands with a nice body punch.
A slow jab from Cartman misses its intended target.

Diotte lands a big uppercut and Cartman crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Cartman looks OK. Diotte waves Cartman back to his feet!

Diotte closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Cartman out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
