The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheehan has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Sheehan there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Teddy Sheehan has been cut.
Lockley is looking to land body kicks.

Teddy Sheehan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sheehan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lockley tries to avoid it but Sheehan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lockley to the ground. Lockley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lockley throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sheehan tries for a takedown but Lockley sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sheehan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Teddy Sheehan. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Lockley throws a series of strikes that have Sheehan backpedaling.
Lockley lands with an uppercut that bounces Sheehan off the cage and back into range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sheehan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lockley's waist but Lockley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sheehan off to one side.

Oooooh!!! Lockley has knocked Sheehan down with a huge combo! Lockley steps away and waves a wobbly Sheehan back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Lockley fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Sheehan out cold! Brutal finish!
