Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Michael MacRoberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacRoberts's entrance music is Pretty Vacant by The Sex Pistols. A fine choice. White is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by higher ground. Jack White told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael MacRoberts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack White!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacRoberts tries a head kick but it misses.
White looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
White takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
White looks to land a combination. MacRoberts sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
MacRoberts will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
White slips a jab and a cross from MacRoberts.
MacRoberts drives through and clinches with White against the ropes.
MacRoberts wants a takedown but no success here.
MacRoberts breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
White wants to clinch.
MacRoberts thows a body shot but no joy.
White avoids the head kick by MacRoberts.
White avoids a punch combination nicely.
A head kick misses from MacRoberts.
MacRoberts swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by White.
That's one minute gone in the round.
White misses with the combination.
Michael MacRoberts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
MacRoberts misses with a few strikes there.
MacRoberts lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
MacRoberts lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
MacRoberts goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
White looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
MacRoberts misses with a few strikes there.
MacRoberts paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
White is rocked!
MacRoberts cracks White with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends White tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but MacRoberts pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! White is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Michael MacRoberts!
Michael MacRoberts was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
