Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sub Mission (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid Banor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sid Banor will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sub Mission! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sid Banor! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Banor drops Mission with a right and a left! Banor comes rushing in but Mission regains his composure and manages to keep Banor in guard.
Mission is rocked!
It looks like Sub Mission has been cut. Mission looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Mission is trying to hold Banor in close to prevent damage but Banor has managed to pass into half guard.
Oh Mission is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Banor looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Banor trying to mount his opponent but Mission defends it. Mission seems to have got his legs back now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Banor is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Banor wants to work for an arm triangle but Mission is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Banor is trying to work for a kimura but Mission is defending well.

Banor wants to free his trapped foot but Mission is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Banor throws a right and a left that both miss. Sid Banor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mission shoots for a double leg takedown but Banor sprawls well. He's pushed Mission's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Banor misses with a wild body shot. No joy there for Banor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mission will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Banor misses with a head kick.

Banor tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mission swats him away and circles back towards the center. Mission throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Banor's waist but Banor gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mission off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sub Mission. That's going to take a lot out of him. Banor changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mission looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Banor is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Mission knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Banor looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Banor tries to move to mount but Mission blocks the move with his legs. Banor is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Mission is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Banor throws a nice looking combination but Mission bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Banor tries to clinch there but Mission circles away.
Banor changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mission tries to avoid it but Banor manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mission to the ground. Mission escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Banor misses with a takedown attempt and Mission decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Banor's guard. Banor has his foot on Mission's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mission works his way back into a safe position though. Mission trying to control the position from guard on top but Banor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Banor keeping busy on the bottom but Mission has passed one foot through into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Banor is looking for a sweep. Mission is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Banor trying to get back to full guard but Mission takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Banor is wriggling around trying to escape.
Banor slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Banor is refusing to be controlled, as Mission sits in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Banor is looking for a sweep. Mission is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Mission seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Banor does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Mission really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Banor wants to get back to full guard. Mission sitting and controlling from the half guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Sub Mission will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Sub Mission's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Mission doesn't succeed with the takedown and Banor counters with a flying knee. Nice. Mission keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Mission has his takedown stuffed and Banor counters with a shoot takedown. Mission fights it but they end up in guard. Banor slips nicely into half guard. Mission is trying to control but can't.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mission wants to control from the top but Banor keeps moving. Banor is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Banor has his foot on Mission's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mission works his way back into a safe position though.

Banor working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mission doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mission manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Banor wants to sweep but no luck. Banor looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

And that's the end of the fight! Sid Banor comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Banor has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
