Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh Bolda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicky Santoro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bolda comes into the arena with Fett's Vette blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Santoro's choice of entrance music: A Warrior's Call - Volbeat. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santoro tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bolda manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bolda drops his hands momentarily and Santoro takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Santoro closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Santoro lands in his opponent's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Bolda escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Santoro gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bolda has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Santoro is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Bolda.

Santoro creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
