The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sauve throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sauve throws a right and a left that both miss.
Pele throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sauve uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pele.
Sauve throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pele.
Sauve looks to land a combination but Pele avoids it well.
Pele takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Sauve will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sauve misses with a double jab.
Sauve tries to clinch but Pele is having none of it.
Sauve gets caught flat footed, as Pele shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Sauve wants to stand and escape but Pele is having none of it.
Pele passes into half guard.
Pele really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Pele wants to work for an arm triangle but Sauve is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Pele seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Sauve is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
