Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hunter Alleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Felipe Torres!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torres tries to land a front kick but Alleman steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Alleman shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Alleman was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Alleman tries to control but Torres wriggling away.

Torres wants to hold on but Alleman pushes him away.
Torres looks out of his depth in this position - he's holding on tight.

Torres throwing hammer fists to the chest of Alleman. What's that going to do exactly?

It looks like Felipe Torres has been cut.
Alleman moves to take his opponent's back.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Alleman lands punches and elbows.
Torres is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Alleman throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.
Torres tries to roll but Alleman sticks to his back.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Alleman is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Torres has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Torres looking very determined here, making life difficult for Alleman.
Torres is trying to break free.
Alleman just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
Will Alleman go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Torres is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Alleman off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

Alleman lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

Torres wants to control his opponent's hands but Alleman gets his hands free.

Alleman is cranking Torres's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Torres! He's tightened the choke and Torres is tapping out!
