Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mark Coalman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tj McCain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Coalman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tj McCain!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCain throws a sloppy head kick and Coalman moves out of range easily.

McCain gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McCain can do anything to dispel that myth.
Coalman postures up in McCain's guard and throws a big left but McCain blocks it.
Coalman wants to control from the top but McCain keeps moving.
McCain thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Coalman thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Coalman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
McCain is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Coalman accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Coalman is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
McCain wants to get back to his feet but Coalman is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Coalman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

McCain is staying active underneath Coalman, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

McCain is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

McCain really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Coalman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Coalman, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
