Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kelvin Garnett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garnett comes into the arena with Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Fisher's choice of entrance music: Must Be The Money. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garnett throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Garnett misses with a looping left.
Garnett loads up on a big right hand but Fisher slips the punch.
Fisher's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Garnett connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Fisher scrambles back to his feet.
Fisher moves forwards but Garnett connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Garnett shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Garnett stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Garnett wants it to stay on the feet.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Garnett here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
