Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Og Kush!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ernie Davis!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Sergei Dronov and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kush digs a good hook to Davis's body.
Kush tries to clinch there but Davis circles away.
Davis wants to slow Kush down by chopping away at his legs.
Davis keeps the fight on the outside.
Kush throws a left and a right that both miss

and Davis counters with a takedown into side control.

Davis is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kush knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Davis tries to advance to mount but Kush denies him.

Davis is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kush has escaped the position, nice work there.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Davis swings around for an armbar but Kush sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Davis's guard.
Kush has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Davis had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kush defends it easily.

Davis is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Kush rolls with it to try and escape but Davis cranks on the arm and Kush is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
