Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Javes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Hay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Carlos Javes! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, David Hay! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hay misses with a series of wild punches.
Hay throws a nice looking combination but Javes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hay fails to land with a series of punches.
Hay throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hay swinging wildly here.
Javes looks to land a right hand but Hay moved out of range. Javes moves in looking to clinch but Hay pushes him off. Javes shoots in looking for a takedown but Hay manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Javes's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Hay moves into the clinch successfully.
Javes has had enough of the clinch but Hay keeps him there for the moment. Javes looking to stall.
Hay lands a hook to the side of the head. Hay can't break the clinch.
Hay gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Javes.

Hay wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Hay is defending well against a takedown attempt. Hay throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hay breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hay doesn't manage to clinch there - Javes circles away.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Javes closes the distance and clinches up with Hay, looking for a takedown. Javes pushes Hay against the cage but Hay circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Hay misses with a two punch combination.
Hay looks gassed! Hay tries to bum rush Javes with a series of wild strikes but Javes uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hay keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Javes. Javes shoots in but Hay avoids the takedown attempt easily. Hay misses with the combination.
Javes is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Hay's half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Javes wants to stand up but Hay is controlling the position.
Javes wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hay keeps working. Hay is in trouble now - Javes has advanced to mount! Javes trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hay wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Javes.
Javes sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Javes trying to control but Hay is having none of it. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Javes throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Hay because Javes loaded up on that one. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but David Hay will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Sloppy strikes from Hay. Those never looked like landing. Javes shoots in for a takedown but Hay shows good takedown defense. Javes throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Hay throws a series of punches but Javes avoids them all with ease. Hay has managed to clinch.

Javes has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hay down to the mat. Hay avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Hay circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hay closes the distance and clinches. Hay pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Javes shoots for a takedown but Hay saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carlos Javes. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hay misses with a two punch combination.

Nice takedown defense from Hay. No joy for Javes on that attempt. Hay gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hay breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A right-left combo lands from Hay. Hay looks to land a combination but Javes avoids it well. Hay lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

David Hay showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Carlos Javes's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Hay takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Javes throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hay was covering up waiting for the punch and Javes finishes the takedown easily into guard. Hay utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Javes has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's one minute gone in the round. Javes wanted to stand there but Hay had control of the position. Javes drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Javes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Javes trying to control the position from guard on top but Hay is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Javes drops back looking for a leg! Hay is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hay manages to kick Javes off! Javes jumps back into Hay's guard. Hay really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Javes. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hay is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Javes dives into side control.
Javes wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hay, who protects the arm well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hay managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Javes.
Hay tries to bench press Javes off him but Javes keeps the position. Javes throwing shots but missing, from side control. Hay parries the strikes from Javes easily there. Javes is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Hay to escape.
Hay is trying to buck Javes off.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Javes trying to control the position but Hay is working away. Hay defending against the ground and pound. Javes working away. Javes tries for a kimura but Hay is defending well. Javes creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Hay sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
And that's the end of the fight! Carlos Javes showed his dominance in that final round. I think Hay has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by majority decision... David Hay! David Hay spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
