Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Greg Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evans comes to the cage accompanied by Everybody Down. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Greg Evans!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Manny Holt!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans throws a body kick that misses.
Evans keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Holt slips under a jab.
Evans throws a combination that misses
and Holt counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Evans wants to stand but Holt is controlling the position.
Evans pushes Holt off and scrambles back to his feet.
Holt throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Evans was covering up waiting for the punch and Holt finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Evans wants to sweep but no luck.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Holt pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Evans is keeping the position for now.
Evans looking for a sweep. Not yet Evans, not yet.
Evans wants to stand up but Holt is controlling him.
Evans really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Evans looking to hit a scissor sweep but Holt is one step ahead there.

Evans wants to get back to his feet but Holt is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Holt passes Evans's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Evans on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Evans wants to control but Holt is keeping busy.
Evans looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Evans is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Evans is defending against the submission attempts here by Holt.
Evans wants to get back to his feet.

Nice strikes from Holt there.
Holt stops Evans from getting back to his feet.
Evans works his way to full guard. Good work.
Holt stands and throws Evans's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Holt is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Evans is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Evans stops Holt from passing to mount.
Evans is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Holt is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Evans really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Evans squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Holt dominating with strikes here.
It looks like Greg Evans has been cut.
Holt lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Evans is wriggling around trying to escape.
Evans is working hard here to advance position.

Holt connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Evans is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Holt can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Evans is looking to escape.
Evans bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Evans wants to stand but Holt is controlling his posture from full guard.
Evans postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Holt wants to improve his position but instead Evans has moved into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Evans lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Evans has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Holt works to full guard.
Holt is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Holt controlling the position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Holt utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Holt is trying to control the position but Evans postures up.
Evans will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Holt holds on and takes a little breather.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Manny Holt dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Greg Evans's cut.
That's time! Back to the action!
A looping hook to the body misses from Evans. Holt does a little dance to reset his feet.
Holt doesn't manage to clinch there - Evans circles away.
Holt takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Manny Holt has been cut.
Evans throws out a powerful jab.
A jab from Holt misses.
Evans thows a body kick. Holt tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Holt avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Holt thows a body shot but no joy.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Holt tries to clinch there but Evans circles away.
Holt scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Evans wants to get back to his feet but Holt drags him back down.
Evans takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Evans is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Holt's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Holt wants to free his trapped foot but Evans is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Holt seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Evans is looking for a sweep. Holt is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Evans scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Holt manages to mount him!
Evans is wriggling around trying to escape.
Holt with a couple of short strikes.
Greg Evans's cut is getting worse.
Evans is bucking up trying to escape but Holt cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Evans is rocked!
Greg Evans's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Greg Evans's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
