Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tito Desperado! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Action Crackson! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Desperado avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Excellent takedown into side control there by Desperado. Crackson is looking for a sweep. Crackson gets back to half guard. Desperado throwing shots but Crackson is blocking nicely. Desperado wants to pass to mount but Crackson is defending the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Crackson tries to roll over but Desperado keeps him under control. Crackson is looking to control Desperado's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Crackson avoid being mounted? Crackson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Desperado kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Crackson is looking to escape. Desperado tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crackson tries to get to full guard but Desperado has control of the leg. Crackson is defending against the submission attempts here by Desperado.
Crackson trying to get back to full guard but Desperado takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Desperado landing strikes, looking to finish! Desperado stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Desperado tries to clinch but Crackson moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crackson scores with a jab to the body. Desperado moves to clinch but Crackson breaks away and Crackson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Crackson lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Crackson wants to work for an arm triangle but Desperado is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Crackson is looking for a kimura but Desperado is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Crackson to get the leverage.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
