Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paavo Vayrynen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hempii Sapponen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hempii Sapponen is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Paavo Vayrynen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
13 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hempii Sapponen!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Damien Edna and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vayrynen throws a hook to the side of Sapponen's head but Sapponen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sapponen is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Vayrynen.
A looping hook to the body misses from Vayrynen. Sapponen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sapponen fails with the takedown
and Vayrynen counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Sapponen falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Paavo Vayrynen!
