The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hofstee slips a jab and a cross from McGroin.
Hofstee shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Hofstee is figuring out what he wants to do next.
McGroin slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Hofstee tries to stand but McGroin is controlling from the bottom.
McGroin has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Hofstee should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, McGroin has tightened it up now! Hofstee should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
