Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Niilo Tykyraato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timo Kuikka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kuikka has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuikka throws a leg kick but Tykyraato sees it coming and moves out of range.
Kuikka looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Tykyraato swats away the attempt to clinch by Kuikka.
Tykyraato looks for a takedown but Kuikka sprawls well.
Tykyraato shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Tykyraato was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Tykyraato working for a submission but Kuikka is keeping him at bay.

Kuikka is trying to escape the mount but Tykyraato keeps good control and instead manages to take Kuikka's back.
Tykyraato has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tykyraato is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Kuikka with him. Kuikka is trying to defend but Tykyraato has an arm under the chin now! Kuikka grimaces and is forced to tap out!
