Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mason Capwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Donkers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Capwell's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Haunted - 99. Manny Donkers has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

11 - 9 - 2, fighting out of London, Manny Donkers! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Aleksandr Martynov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donkers tries to keep at a distance but Capwell has taken the fight into the clinch. Capwell breaks the clinch.
Capwell shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Donkers napping and manages to drive through into side control! The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Donkers defending against the ground and pound. Donkers is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Capwell throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Capwell controlling from side mount. Capwell tries for a kimura but Donkers is defending well. Capwell working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
That's one minute gone in the round. A lull in the action here. Capwell creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Donkers sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Capwell is trying to get an arm triangle but Donkers is defending well. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Capwell is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Donkers knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Capwell is trying to ground and pound but Donkers uses the momentary lack of control by Capwell to regain half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Capwell fails with a takedown attempt. Donkers's corner calls for a 1-2. Donkers obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Donkers leaves Capwell with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Capwell takes one on the button. Donkers scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Donkers doesn't manage to clinch there - Capwell circles away.
Donkers tries to clinch but Capwell moves away so Capwell counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Capwell with a flurry of punches that miss. Capwell stays in close to Donkers's body and controls the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Capwell pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Donkers is keeping the position for now. Donkers preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Capwell slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Donkers avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Capwell. Capwell is trying to ground and pound but Donkers uses the momentary lack of control by Capwell to regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Donkers is not content to let Capwell control the position. Capwell throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Capwell is working for a kimura but Donkers is defending it quite comfortably.

Capwell throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Capwell throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Donkers looks like he's trying to stand up.
Capwell is trying to control. Donkers wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Well, if Capwell is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Capwell stands up out of the half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Donkers listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mason Capwell dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Capwell clinches up with Donkers and pushes him back against the ropes. Capwell wants a takedown.
Capwell is working on a single leg takedown against the ropes. Donkers can't fight it off and eventually Capwell manages to take the fight to the floor. Donkers looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Capwell slips nicely into half guard. Capwell moves nicely into side control. Capwell throwing shots but missing, from side control. Donkers sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Capwell seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Donkers does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Capwell trying to work for an americana but Donkers has managed to regain full guard.
Capwell works over Donkers with some ground and pound from guard. Capwell advances position into side control! Capwell working the ground and pound. Donkers wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Capwell wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Donkers, who protects the arm well. Capwell scores with a couple of short elbows. Capwell taking a break here but Donkers is having none of it and regains half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Capwell throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Donkers regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Capwell. Capwell wants to control from the top but Donkers keeps moving. Capwell throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Donkers works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Mason Capwell overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Capwell looking to sit in guard and control but Donkers gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Donkers postures up.

Capwell knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Mason Capwell is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Capwell tries to improve position but can't.
And that's the end of the fight! Mason Capwell showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Capwell, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
