Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Great Cornholio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cornholio might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Master of Puppets. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Great Cornholio! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Billy Bob! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cornholio has closed the distance and engaged Bob in a clinch.
Bob tries for a takedown but Cornholio manages to get underhooks.
Cornholio gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Bob keeping moving, preventing Cornholio from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bob avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Cornholio is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bob looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Cornholio has picked Bob up and slammed him! Bob can't keep hold of the triangle and Cornholio manages to pass to side control! Bob tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cornholio wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Cornholio scores with a couple of short elbows. Bob regains half guard. Bob wants to improve his position but Cornholio is controlling well.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cornholio throws a strike but Bob avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Cornholio throws a big elbow that misses. Bob keeping moving, preventing Cornholio from controlling successfully. Bob working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cornholio doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cornholio manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cornholio postures up and lands a big shot to Bob's brow. Bob had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cornholio defends it easily. Bob keeping moving, preventing Cornholio from controlling successfully. Cornholio is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Bob is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Bob is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Cornholio's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Bob tries to land a sweep but no joy. Cornholio has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Cornholio wants to get up but he can't break Bob's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cornholio being controlled here momentarily. Cornholio trying to control but Bob is working from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Great Cornholio just wasn't active enough. Cornholio misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Cornholio fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bob sprawls well initially but Cornholio persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cornholio prevents Bob from improving his position. Cornholio sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Bob defending well though. Bob moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Cornholio working some strikes from top position. Cornholio missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Cornholio stopping the sweep attempt from Bob.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cornholio is looking to advance position but Bob has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Cornholio is bucking up trying to escape but Bob cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Cornholio tries to get back to half guard but can't. Cornholio is squirming around, avoiding Bob's attempts to control the action. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Bob postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Cornholio looks a forlorn figure.
Cornholio is desperately trying to improve his position but Bob has a good base and remains in mount. Bob landing punches. Cornholio is looking to get to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cornholio's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Cornholio keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Cornholio wants to hold on but Bob pushes him away. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bob in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Cornholio wants to control but Bob is having none of it. Bob controlling from mount. Cornholio keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bob postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Cornholio looks a forlorn figure.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Great Cornholio will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Bob enables Cornholio to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bob manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Cornholio throws a big right hand that misses. Bob escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cornholio gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Cornholio trying to control the position from guard on top but Bob is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bob working a defensive guard here.
Cornholio won't allow Bob to sweep him here. Bob keeping moving, preventing Cornholio from controlling successfully. Bob avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Bob looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Cornholio passes into side control.
Bob is looking for a sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob struggling a bit here. Cornholio scores with punches from side control. Cornholio cracks Bob with an elbow. That is naaassty. Bob manages to work his way to half guard, despite Cornholio's best efforts. Bob wants to improve his position but Cornholio is controlling well.
Bob makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Bob. Cornholio sitting in guard, not really doing much. Bob manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Cornholio wants to control but Bob is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cornholio is looking to get to half guard. Bob looking to control and managing it successfully. Cornholio is squirming around, avoiding Bob's attempts to control the action. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bob is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Cornholio is surviving well by controlling Bob's body position as best he can. Bob takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Bob looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Bob can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Cornholio is looking to escape. Cornholio tries to reverse the position but Bob maintains control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cornholio in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Cornholio tries to get back to half guard but can't. Bob lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Cornholio hang on? Cornholio tries to get back to half guard but can't. Bob is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Cornholio has managed to escape the submission attempt.

BOOM! Bob connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Cornholio is rocked! Bob looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Cornholio covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
