Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Gerald T Inglewood!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filmer stuffs the takedown.
Inglewood tries to clinch but Filmer is having none of it.

Filmer has managed to clinch.
Filmer misses with a hook from the clinch.
Filmer has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Inglewood avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Filmer.

Filmer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Filmer drives through and clinches with Inglewood against the cage.

Inglewood escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Inglewood avoids the head kick by Filmer.

and Filmer counters with a nice leg kick.

and Inglewood counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Filmer blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Filmer struggles to land a body shot inside as Inglewood controls his hands.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Filmer for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.
A nice left hand lands by Filmer.


It looks like Gerald T Inglewood has been cut.
Inglewood tries to break the clinch but Filmer is controlling the position.

Filmer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Filmer has Inglewood pressed against the cage.
Filmer wants to break free but Inglewood has control.

Inglewood is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Filmer is trying to push Inglewood away but Inglewood has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Inglewood avoids a wild elbow strike from Filmer.
Filmer manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Andrew Filmer.
Inglewood misses with a takedown
and Filmer counters with a left and a right... And another left! Inglewood is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andrew Filmer!
A relieved looking Andrew Filmer thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
