Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Jordan Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Art Vandelay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Joe Jordan Jr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Art Vandelay! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vandelay throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Jordan Jr looks to land a body kick but Vandelay moved away. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Vandelay checks a leg kick. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Jordan Jr throws a hook to the side of Vandelay's head but Vandelay sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Jordan Jr chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Vandelay can pounce on him.
Vandelay forces Jordan Jr back against the cage and clinches. Vandelay scores with an uppercut up the middle. Vandelay lands with a left to the head. Vandelay's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Vandelay lands a glancing blow to the side of Jordan Jr's head. Jordan Jr blocks a leg kick. Vandelay misses with a looping left. Jordan Jr throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Vandelay counters with a big head kick but Jordan Jr shrugs it off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vandelay keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jordan Jr. Vandelay changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jordan Jr looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Jordan Jr is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Vandelay trying to control the action but Jordan Jr is working from the bottom. Jordan Jr is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Vandelay scoring with punches and elbows. You can see the frustration on Jordan Jr's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Vandelay tries for a kimura but Jordan Jr is defending well. Vandelay working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vandelay is working Jordan Jr over with some ground and pound from side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Vandelay throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Jordan Jr tries to improve position but can't. Jordan Jr manages to get back to half guard. Jordan Jr on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jordan Jr tries to get out of the position. Vandelay trying to mount his opponent but Jordan Jr defends it. Vandelay throwing shots but Jordan Jr is blocking nicely. Vandelay throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vandelay is working for a submission of some sort.
Vandelay lands strikes from half guard. Jordan Jr is staying active underneath Vandelay, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Jordan Jr taking some punishment here, with Vandelay in his half guard. Jordan Jr is trying to maintain the position but Vandelay is very close to passing his half guard. Vandelay has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Jordan Jr tries to roll over but Vandelay keeps him under control. Vandelay missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Vandelay is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Vandelay sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Jordan Jr defending well though. Jordan Jr tries to get to full guard but Vandelay has control of the leg.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vandelay looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Jordan Jr is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Vandelay's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Vandelay's back! Vandelay tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Vandelay is wriggling around trying to escape.
Vandelay is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jordan Jr with a couple of short strikes. Vandelay is in all sorts of trouble here.
Vandelay wants to control but Jordan Jr is having none of it. Vandelay is looking to get to half guard. Vandelay gets back to half guard.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Vandelay looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vandelay has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jordan Jr is working away from the top position though. Vandelay preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Vandelay makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Vandelay. Jordan Jr throws a big right hand that misses. Vandelay looking for a sweep. Not yet Vandelay, not yet.
That's six minutes gone in the round. Vandelay is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Jordan Jr postures up.
Vandelay lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Jordan Jr! Jordan Jr wants to control but Vandelay is having none of it. Vandelay pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Jordan Jr knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vandelay on the ground. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Vandelay with good strikes from the mount here!
Jordan Jr is rocked! Vandelay connects with a bit shot that sees Jordan Jr covering up! More strikes from Vandelay and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Vandelay is our winner by TKO!
