Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jack Slayter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Max Snozynsky! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Konstantin Menshow and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Slayter throws a right hand that Snozynsky ducks under and follows up with a left that Snozynsky also avoids with ease. Slayter lands with a nice combination. Snozynsky backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Max Snozynsky has been cut. Snozynsky misses with a low kick.
Slayter digs a good body shot into Snozynsky's ribs. No luck for Snozynsky with that takedown attempt. Slayter goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Slayter throws a nice looking combination but Snozynsky bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Snozynsky fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Slayter to the ground. Snozynsky is now in Slayter's guard. Snozynsky should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Snozynsky slips nicely into half guard. Snozynsky looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Slayter is defending against the submission attempts here by Snozynsky.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Max Snozynsky was stalling too much, according to the referee. Slayter throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Slayter tries a head kick but it misses.
Jack Slayter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Snozynsky shoots in for a takedown but Slayter shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Slayter displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Snozynsky dodges the punch combination from Slayter.
Snozynsky slips a jab and a cross from Slayter.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Snozynsky instigates a clinch. Slayter taking a breather. Snozynsky blocks an elbow strike from Slayter.
Snozynsky pulls Slayter into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Snozynsky pushes a forearm under Slayter's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Slayter is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
