Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

12 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ernest Bass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Namiska Button !
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Button closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Bass is trying to stand back up but Button is controlling him
Bass kicks Button off and gets back to his feet.
The fighters circling - Bass throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Button shoots in but no luck this time.
Button displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bass throws out the jab.
Button takes one to the chin there.
Nice defenses there by Button .
Button is looking to clinch but Bass is avoiding it.
Button takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Namiska Button has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bass throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Button throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bass was covering up waiting for the punch and Button finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bass is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Button trying to control the position from guard on top but Bass is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Button sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bass's guard.

Bass trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Button stands up and beckons Bass to join him on the feet.

Button moves into the clinch.

Button throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bass works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Bass is refusing to be controlled, as Button sits in half guard.
Bass avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Button .
Button throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Button is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Button is looking to take a break and control but Bass is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Button moves into full mount! Bass won't be happy about that!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bass drops Button with a nice combination! Bass dives into Button 's guard, looking to finish!
Button is rocked!
Button controls Bass momentarily but Bass frees himself.
Button is still in real trouble! Can Bass finish him?
Bass stands up and waves to Button to follow him.
Bass steps in with a hook that catches Button right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Bass follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Button looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ernest Bass!
Ernest Bass got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
