Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Michael Benoit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ZyD XyD X (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Benoit might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Praise. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Michael Benoit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, ZyD XyD X!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
XyD X looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Benoit has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by XyD X.
XyD X misses with an attempted mid kick.
XyD X avoids the body shot from Benoit.
A low kick from XyD X is predictable there
and Benoit counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps XyD X thinking.
ZyD XyD X seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Benoit throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Benoit with a nice cross.
XyD X darts in trying to clinch
and Benoit counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
XyD X displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Benoit throws out the jab.
Benoit bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps XyD X's head backwards.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

XyD X misses with a kick to the body
and Benoit counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
A shot to the liver by Benoit. Beautiful body shot.

Benoit wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Benoit misses the shot to the body.
XyD X uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Benoit.
Benoit is looking to wear down XyD X with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Benoit checks a leg kick.

Benoit thows a body shot but no joy.
A decent looking cross lands there for Benoit.
XyD X walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Benoit checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Benoit moves out of range of the body kick from XyD X.
XyD X fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Benoit is out of range.
Benoit throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Benoit just misses with a punch to the body.
Benoit scores with a jab to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A low kick from XyD X misses
and Benoit counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks XyD X out cold! What a finish! Benoit is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
