Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Totoy Mola!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Lito Tolits!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Phil Schofield and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mola shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Tolits napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Tolits is looking to regain half guard here but Mola keeps moving and retains side control.
Tolits manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Tolits seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Mola moves into full guard.
Tolits tries to stand but Mola is controlling from the bottom.
Mola pulls Tolits in close to prevent any damage.
Tolits really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mola. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mola has a closed guard, preventing Tolits from standing up.
Tolits looks gassed!
Tolits wants to stand and escape but instead Mola has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Mola postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Tolits covers up, he's hurt! Mola keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Mola and the ref steps in to end the fight! Mola can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Totoy Mola!
