Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frankestein Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Dylan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mir kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is STOMP!!! by The Brothers Johnson!!!. Lucas Dylan will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frankestein Mir! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lucas Dylan! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Columbo Gatti and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dylan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mir.
Mir avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Mir dives in and grabs Dylan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dylan pushes down on Mir's head and hops out. Dylan misses with a wild body shot. Dylan lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Dylan swinging wildly here.
Dylan has managed to clinch.
Mir is trying to break the clinch but Dylan is controlling him. Mir breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mir throws a leg kick that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mir throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Mir throws a front kick aimed at Dylan's knee but Dylan avoids it well. Dylan just misses with a punch to the body.
Mir takes a swing at Dylan's ribcage but misses. Mir tries to land a body kick and Dylan counters with a lovely shot to the body. Mir misses with a body shot.
Mir looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Mir drives through with a takedown into guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Mir trying to control the position from guard on top but Dylan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dylan working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Mir. Mir stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dylan swivels though and keeps the full guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Mir in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Mir pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dylan is keeping the position for now. Dylan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mir. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Mir trying to control but Dylan is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mir working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Dylan keeping full guard, as Mir tries to pass. Dylan has his hands on Mir's head, controlling the position. Mir has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Dylan thows a leg kick but Mir checks it and Mir counters with a slapping leg kick. Dylan stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Mir rushes Dylan and presses him up against the cage. Mir successfully pulls guard.
Mir wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Mir wants to sweep but no luck. Mir pulls Dylan in to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mir wants to sweep but no luck.
We're going to have a standup here because Frankestein Mir wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. A momentary lapse in concentration from Dylan enables Mir to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dylan manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Mir wants to pass the guard but Dylan is keeping the position. Dylan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mir trying to control the position from guard on top but Dylan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dylan is trying to keep Mir in close.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Frankestein Mir will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Mir misses with a takedown attempt - Dylan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Frankestein Mir is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dylan throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Mir misses with a series of wild punches.
Mir lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Dylan defending well as Mir loads up on a big left hand. Dylan feints and then cracks Mir's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Mir down.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dylan throws a leg kick and Mir makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Mir throws a low kick but Dylan avoids it. Dylan lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Dylan swings away with a leg kick that misses. Mir feints and as Dylan raises his hands in defense, Mir changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Mir wants to get up but he can't break Dylan's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Dylan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mir postures up in Dylan's guard and throws a big left but Dylan blocks it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mir throws an elbow that misses. Dylan uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mir's guard. Nice move by Dylan! Mir controlling Dylan's posture. Mir working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dylan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dylan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Mir pulls Dylan in to control the position. Frankestein Mir overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mir looking to control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Mir, right into the meat.
Dylan misses with a body kick. Mir throws a poor cross that misses
and Dylan makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Mir gets a takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mir is looking for a kimura but Dylan is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Mir to get the leverage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This has been an exciting period of action! Mir prevents Dylan from improving his position. Dylan is controlling Mir's trapped leg to prevent Mir from advancing to side control. Dylan wants to get back to full guard. Dylan on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mir not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Mir sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Dylan defending well though. Dylan regains full guard. Nicely done. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Lucas Dylan will probably get the nod - 10:9. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

and Mir counters with a nice double leg into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Dylan is pressing down on Mir's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Mir distracts Dylan with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mir accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Dylan preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Mir loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Mir wants to control from the top but Dylan keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mir looking to pass the guard. Dylan working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Mir. Mir pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dylan is keeping the position for now. Mir is working hard here to advance position. Mir sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dylan's guard. Mir throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Mir is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Dylan!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mir moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Dylan has worked his arm free - good work by Dylan!
Dylan avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Mir. Mir misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Mir throws a strike aimed at the side of Dylan's head but Dylan avoids it well. Dylan is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Mir throwing shots but Dylan is blocking nicely. Mir is nestled in close to Dylan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mir works his foot free and advances to mount. Dylan is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dylan wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Mir.
Mir throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Dylan because Mir loaded up on that one. Mir dominating with strikes here. Mir landing strikes from the mount. Mir throws a sloppy strike and Dylan uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Dylan has ended up in Mir's guard.
Dylan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Mir is adopting a defensive guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mir tries to land a sweep but no joy. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mir trying to keep a closed guard but Dylan is proving a slippery customer.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Mir keeping full guard, as Dylan tries to pass. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Mir shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dylan defends it nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Frankestein Mir showed his dominance in that final round. I think Mir has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
