Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between gracie barra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Dick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think barra might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to rock with you. Dick is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Eternal Triangle. Jim Dick has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dick gets caught flat footed, as barra shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
barra decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Dick, up you get!
Dick fails with an attempt to clinch.
Dick tries to clinch but barra moves out of range.

Jim Dick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
barra pushes Dick up against the cage in a clinch.

barra lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
barra is pressing down on Dick's thigh, looking to free his foot. Dick is holding on for now.
barra is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dick is just riding it out for now. barra eventually gives up the hold.
barra is looking to advance position but Dick won't allow it.

barra is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Dick reverses the position - he's now on top in barra's guard.
barra keeping busy on the bottom but Dick has passed one foot through into half guard.
Dick tries to stand but his hand is stuck under barra.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
barra is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are battling for position here. barra manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Dick is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but barra has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Dick is looking to defend but barra has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Dick! barra pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Dick taps out and this one is all over!
