Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gray Maynard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Busy Signal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maynard comes to the cage accompanied by Young Jezzy- Lose my mind. Signal is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Busy Signal - Smoke Some High Grade. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Signal shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Maynard is trying to defend but Signal finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Signal tries to pass to full mount but Maynard defends it.
Maynard is trying to stand.
Maynard is not content to let Signal control the position.
Signal thows a huge punch but Maynard dodges it nicely.
Signal thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Signal has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Signal lands with a punch from half guard.
Signal scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Still in half guard, Signal seems content to control.
Maynard avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Signal.
