Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie Boxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erick Villar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Villar comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kalamidad kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Erick Villar! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boxer misses with a straight right. Boxer slaps away a takedown attempt from Villar, before circling back to the center of the mat. Villar drives through with a takedown into Boxer's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Villar throws a big elbow that misses. Boxer on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Boxer tries to get out of the position. Villar postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Boxer has control of Villar's left arm, preventing Villar from doing any damage. Boxer avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Villar throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Boxer works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Villar passes into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boxer keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Villar has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Boxer defend it? Villar steps over the head and cranks it - Boxer is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Villar!
