Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Berik Yawoka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Olej (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yawoka comes to the cage accompanied by keep running up that hill. Berik Yawoka has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Berik Yawoka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dave Olej! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Igor Prikhodko and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Olej gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Yawoka to score an easy takedown into full guard. Olej can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Yawoka controls the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Berik Yawoka. Yawoka takes the fight into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yawoka pulls Olej into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Yawoka looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Yawoka looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Yawoka has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Olej off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Yawoka throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Olej tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Yawoka is in Olej's guard. Yawoka landing some decent shots from guard. Yawoka trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yawoka sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Olej's guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Yawoka passes the guard and advances to mount! Yawoka is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Olej has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Olej! Yawoka looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Olej passes into side control.
Yawoka is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Olej off and has taken his back!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yawoka controls the position. Yawoka somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. Yawoka looking for the choke from the back. Yawoka is looking for the choke from the back position but Olej is controlling his hands well.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Olej defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Yawoka's arms. Olej showing good submission defense here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Olej trying to control the hands but Yawoka won't let him. Yawoka is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Olej is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Yawoka missing with strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Berik Yawoka dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Yawoka throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Olej was covering up waiting for the punch and Yawoka finishes the takedown easily into guard. Yawoka trying to control but Olej is working from the bottom. Yawoka throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Olej works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Yawoka showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Olej trying to control the position.
Olej working a defensive guard but Yawoka manages to pass into side control anyway.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yawoka controlling from side mount. Yawoka's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. You can see the frustration on Olej's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yawoka is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Olej is trying to escape and Yawoka transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Olej is forced to tap! Nice work there by Yawoka! Very nice indeed!
