Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Makebono Bowen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Smash Lampjaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lampjaw has chosen Legbas Cux as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowen throws a half hearted mid kick.
Lampjaw scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Bowen is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lampjaw is controlling him.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lampjaw stands up over Bowen, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Lampjaw postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Bowen wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Lampjaw manages to pass to side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

In his post fight interview, Smash Lampjaw started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
