Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Cristiano Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Halo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Champ.. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cristiano Halo!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eddie Jones!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones stuffs the takedown attempt from Halo. Halo gets slowly back to his feet.
Jones fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Jones shoots in and drives through. Halo sprawls well.
Halo avoids the head kick by Jones.
Halo fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jones shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jones showed some decent athleticism there.
Halo is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jones pulls his head out easily.
Halo is refusing to be controlled, as Jones sits in half guard.
Jones wants to work for an arm triangle but Halo is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Halo.
Halo gets back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Halo keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully.
Jones wanted to stand there but Halo had control of the position.
Halo has his foot on Jones's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jones works his way back into a safe position though.
Halo has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Jones should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Halo has tightened it up now! Jones should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
