The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison scoring well with a low kick there.
Sloppy strikes from Zod. Those never looked like landing.
Zod uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Morrison.
A nice inside leg kick there by Morrison. That's going to slow Zod down.
Morrison closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Zod lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Morrison at a distance.

Morrison throws a low kick, looking for Zod's leg but Zod calmly moves out of range.

Morrison dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Zod. That did some damage!
Zod misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Morrison uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zod.

Zod scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Zod avoids a kick to the body.

Zod throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Zod just misses with a punch to the body.
Morrison fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Zod manages to avoid it.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Morrison slips under a jab from Zod.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Zod avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that General Zod will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Morrison cracks Zod with a good jab.
Zod is rocked!
Zod chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Morrison can pounce on him.
Oh Zod is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Morrison throws a powerful right kick. Zod tried to block low but the kick was high! Zod was taken right off of his feet! Morrison jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
