Pael cracks Patterson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Patterson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Pael drops Patterson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Patterson looks back up at him and smiles so Pael waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Patterson is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Patterson ducks into an uppercut from Pael and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
