Steele is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rock You Like A Hurricane. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

22 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Zacharia Steele! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sudo lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Steele shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sudo manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Steele pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Steele gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Sudo counters with a series of strikes. Steele will be more careful next time no doubt. Steele shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sudo counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Sudo throws a combination. Steele tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Steele on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Hyun Sudo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sudo's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Sudo duly obliges. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sudo throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Sudo scores with a punch to the head. Steele shoots in for a double leg but Sudo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Sudo closes the distance and lands a one-two. Steele takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Nice body punch from Sudo. Sudo lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sudo. Steele moves out of range of the leg kick from Sudo.
