Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tom Bielawski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Joseph Sandoval! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sandoval throws a nice inside leg kick. Sandoval rushes Bielawski and presses him up against the cage. Sandoval breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sandoval avoids the head kick by Bielawski.
Sandoval pivots, looking for a leg kick but Bielawski is out of range and Sandoval settles back down. Sandoval keeps the fight on the outside. Bielawski tries to keep at a distance but Sandoval has taken the fight into the clinch. Bielawski taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Sandoval lands a good knee to the midsection. Bielawski won't want to take too many of those. Bielawski tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Sandoval just stands there and leans against the cage. Bielawski blocks the elbow strike.
Sandoval looks to throw an elbow but misses. Bielawski will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Sandoval up against the cage. Sandoval creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Nice elbow from Sandoval.
It looks like Tom Bielawski has been cut. Bielawski is trying to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sandoval pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Sandoval misses with an elbow over the top. Sandoval lands an elbow just above Bielawski 's eye. Bielawski dodges an elbow strike from Sandoval.

Bielawski crunches a lovely knee into Sandoval's ribcage. Sandoval will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Bielawski up against the cage. Sandoval breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Bielawski throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Bielawski throws a leg kick but Sandoval moved away. Sandoval fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bielawski, pushing him back against the cage. The referee is keeping an eye on Bielawski - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Bielawski misses with a knee to the head. Bielawski looking to slow down the pace here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sandoval with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Sandoval trying to control the position from guard on top but Bielawski is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sandoval really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bielawski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Sandoval looking to pass the guard. Bielawski is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bielawski looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Sandoval is defending well. Bielawski quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Sandoval has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Bielawski celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Tom Bielawski! A relieved looking Tom Bielawski thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
